The Shipment charges shall be set forth on the relevant pages of the Website. The Buyer agrees to pay all the applicable shipment charges for the delivery of items at the time of placing the Order.
The items bought shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer at the time of placing the Order.
The Buyer agrees that the delivery address shall not be changed after the confirmation and processing of the order. The Buyer shall be liable to bear all the expenses in case the delivery address is wrong or there is any mistake in specifying the delivery address.
The prices mentioned on the website do not include the customs duty, import duty, taxes or other custom related charges. The Buyer shall pay all these applicable charges to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by the customs department of the Buyer’s Country.
The Buyer shall be liable to pay any additional charges/costs which may occur due to international trade.
The Buyer may cancel his/her order without any repercussions any time before the processing of the Order.
In case the cancellation request is received after the processing but before the dispatch of the Items, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the applicable processing fee.
In case a cancellation request is received after the dispatch of the Items then the Items can be returned within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery, but the Buyer shall be liable to make payment of all the applicable processing fees, shipping fees and any other charges or fees incurred in delivering and returning the Items to the Company.
The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order placed by the Buyer for any reason whatsoever.
WRONG, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
WRONG ITEMS: If the items received are of wrong quantity, size, color or design, or if any of the Item is missing then the Buyer must take a photo of the Parcel and the items received and send it along with the order number and a short description to our Customer Service Team within three days from the date of delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS:If the items received are found to have damages or defects, then the Buyer must take a photo of the Parcel and the items received and send it along the order number and a short description to the Company’s Customer Service Team within fourteen days from the date of delivery. Compensation for partial damage item is subjected to the severity of damage.
RETURN / REPLACEMENT / REFUND
RETURN: If the item you received is wrong, damaged, defective, or any Item is missing then the Buyer should contact the Company’s Customer Service Team and provide the Order Number, user ID, photos and details of the Items as set forth in the preceding paragraphs, and whether the Buyer wants a refund or a replacement. If the Company’s Customer Service Team is satisfied with the Buyer’s claim, the Company shall issue a Return Code for the Items. The Buyer must return the Items along with the Return Code within fourteen days from the date of issuance of the Return Code. The Buyer agrees to bear all the applicable charges including processing fee, shipment charges and return charges.
REPLACEMENT: In case of replacement the Company shall ship the products within a reasonable time period depending upon the availability of the Items ordered by the Buyer.
REFUND: In case of refund the Company shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer after deducting all the applicable charges within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Items.
